World Usability Day 2007 - New York

Please note that this is a HALF DAY event.

This year's NYC event will focus on raising awareness of the importance of the user centered design process for businesspeople in the NYC metro area. It will also provide an opportunity for usability professionals to learn about best practices in user experience, especially at the strategic level. Healthcare will be a sub-theme of the event.

Three Principles for Success: Learn how organizations sustain a long-term competitive edge through what Forrester Research calls "Experience Based Differentiation" or EBD. Discover how companies can differentiate themselves by dramatically raising the bar on the cross-channel customer experience they provide. He'll discuss what organizational challenges get in the way and outline three principles for success, citing examples across industries (including healthcare).
