Playfulness in Interaction Design

Some of the best examples of user experience are those that have elements of playfulness. What is meant by playful? How can user experience designers introduce the concept of play in their solutions?

This talk will look at examples from Apple, Yahoo!, Digg and more to examine what makes an interface playful and how that leads to a successful experience for users.
